Cariad is a living, felt experience of holding compassion within one's own heart, to feel this frequency expand and re-open the loving pathways that connect us all.
After 12 years of listening to stories and witnessing how our beliefs can block love, what we have seen, is that it is the frequency of love, that all of us want to experience. Therapy can play a part but it is deep embodiment that opens our hearts to our true divine nature. It is not our stories or beliefs that bring about change, it is making a connection with our innermost wisdom that truly makes the difference.
Are you searching for a way to unlock your true nature and embrace self-love? At the heart of this organization is the belief that self-love is crucial for overall well-being, with the acronym MAMs symbolizing Mothers Affection Matters.

Witnessing families at risk of losing children, or already coping with the loss of a child, what was universally shared was how often the mother's blamed themselves, or blamed their own families for the pain and heartbreak. What was really needed was forgiveness and a return to love to allow the healing to begin.
CARIAD
Witnessing my own mother's journey with the loss of a child, it was a lived experience of how deep this grief and self-blame can go. The book that was published in 2021, CARIAD: Living as Love, tells this story, and the experience of other families that we have witnessed, dealing with heartache and loss. As one mother shared with us: 'It was the day that love came back to me, that I saw and felt this deep compassion for my own daughter'...
